Pre-Orders and Payment

A. PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
A1. When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-orders are typically processed 5 days before the release date. For video games, delivery on the release date is not guaranteed due to possible shipping delays. Our official premium merchandise follows a quarterly release schedule:
- Q1: January - March
- Q2: April - June
- Q3: July - September

Q4: October - December
Occasionally, manufacturing or transit delays may push shipments to the next quarter.
A2. What happens if my order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items?
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship once everything is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, consider placing a separate order for pre-ordered items.
A3. When will I be charged for my pre-ordered items?
Payment is processed at the time of purchase. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, it will ship when everything is available.
A4. Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders cannot be canceled after 3 business days. If you need to update your shipping address, please do so at least 10 business days before the release date, as orders are processed immediately upon placement.

B1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please ensure prepaid cards have sufficient funds and accurate details before placing an order. We do not accept personal checks or cash.
B2. Will I be charged when I place my pre-order?
Yes, payment is processed when the order is placed. Pre-orders typically ship within 4-12 weeks after the order date. Please refer to the product page for specific shipping time estimates.
C. TRACKING & DELIVERY
C1. Will I receive updates on my order's status?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
D. FINAL SALES POLICY
D1. Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. We maintain a Final Sales Policy on all orders. We appreciate your support and thank you for your understanding.
