Order Processing Time
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
- If your order contains only in-stock items, our fulfillment center generally processes these orders within 1-3 business days.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with your shipment details.
- We do not offer split shipping. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will be held until all items are available to ship.
- If you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner, we highly recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items.
- During peak seasons, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for processing.
Shipping & Delivery Time
After processing, shipping and delivery estimates are as follows:
- Domestic (USA): 4-10 business days
- International: 7-21 business days, though some destinations may take up to 45 business days depending on customs processing
- Peak seasons may cause additional delays of 3-5 business days
Our fulfillment center ships via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, with the carrier determined based on the shipping address and package size. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping and that all shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or have moved and need to update it, please contact our service team ASAP by opening a ticket via the Red Help Bubble on the bottom right of this page. We will urgently contact our fulfillment center to determine if an address change is possible. If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address during transit. In this case, you may need to either:
- Pick up the package at the original address.
- Wait for the package to return back to us.
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order to avoid any issues.
Undelivered or Returned Packages
Please understand that we are not responsible for packages in the following situations, and refunds or replacements will not be issued:
- Packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier.
- Delays, damage, or destruction caused by severe weather or disasters.
- Incorrect address entry (e.g., spelling errors, missing apartment numbers, outdated addresses).
- Packages marked "Delivered" but reported stolen.
- International packages that failed customs clearance due to unpaid duties or import fees.
- International packages that could not be delivered due to customer absence during delivery attempts.
Protected Insured Mail
We now offer shipping protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If you opt for this protection:
- You are eligible for one-time courtesy reshipment after address verification.
- Reshipment will be for the same item. If the item is unavailable, an exchange for a similar item from our marketing stock will be offered. Due to our final sales policy, refunds are not available.
IMPORTANT: Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not covered under this policy.
