Our products are sold through a pre-order model, typically aligned with events like Anime Expo, ARC WORLD TOUR, and Level Up Expo. Due to the extensive research and approval process, we're only able to release 1-4 new items each quarter. Once the pre-order period ends, products are discontinued when stock runs out. While we may consider additional production runs based on fan demand, please be aware that future releases may feature slight variations in packaging, design, color, or materials.

Given the custom, limited, and official nature of our products, along with long manufacturing timelines and possible variations between production runs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
For clothing, please refer to the size chart before ordering, as size exchanges are not possible under our final sales policy.
