We specialize in premium, custom-designed merchandise, created in collaboration with respected illustrators and skilled manufacturers. Our mission is to bring you exclusive, high-quality products with unique designs you won't find elsewhere. We also strive to limit the use of print-on-demand methods, ensuring our products remain exclusive and distinct from typical, mass-produced merchandise.

Our products are sold through a pre-order model, usually timed with major events like Anime Expo, ARC WORLD TOUR, Level Up Expo, and more. Due to the extensive research and approval process, we're only able to release 1-4 new items each quarter. Once the pre-order window closes, products are generally discontinued when stock runs out. While we may consider additional production runs based on fan demand, please note that each release could feature slight variations in packaging, design, color, or materials.

Due to the limited availability, long manufacturing times, and potential variations between production runs, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

For clothing items, we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order, as size exchanges cannot be accommodated. Many of our products, including boots, hats, and cosplay apparel, are designed as collectible pieces. While we encourage you to wear and enjoy them, please be aware that the fit may vary, and some items may not be suitable for regular wear. In these cases, we ask that you treat them as collectible or display items.
