We introduced our top-selling Guilty Gear -Strive- apparel, the May Hoodie V2, yesterday through Twitter. Many thanks to all our fans for your incredible support and interest in this item! The pre-order window is now closed, and the item is sold out. We have been receiving lots of inquiries about this item and have decided to answer common FAQs here. 

1. When will the next pre-order window open? 

  • We hope to have more stock coming in the next 45 days. Please note many of our items have a limited pre-order window and may sell out fast. 

2. Will the $84.99 starting sales price still be available? 

  • We hope to offer the same early bird pre-order pricing next month. Please understand sales pricing is limited and may not always be offered. 

3. I already purchased Version 1 and liked it just fine. Why release Version 2?

  • Yes, version 1 was incredibly popular, but everything with time can wear off. Instead of having our fans buy the exact same hoodie twice, we thought it was time for an upgrade. There were 2 successful production runs of Version 1. After reviewing customer feedback and having some internal discussions, we decided to release Version 2. Our intention was to have an even more comfortable hoodie that can be worn faithfully to cosplay May but also to wear practically every day. 

4. Can you ship to international countries besides CA and MX?

  • ARC SHOP US and ARC SYSTEM WORKS understand we have fans all over the world and currently working to open more territories. We hope to have good news in the next few months. Please keep in mind international shipping will be more expensive and that customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, and VAT fees that may be collected at time of delivery. All sales will be final.    

5. Can I modify my order like change the hoodie size, or add/remove another item to an existing order? 

  • We can't modify line items on an order once it's placed. Depending on how early you request this change, our service team may be able to cancel your order so you can place the order again with the correct items and sizes. Please understand this is not guaranteed. Please allow 1-3 business days for our agents to respond. For address correction, please contact us by submitting a ticket ASAP. Thank you.
